Tamara Gaines received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1994 and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida in 1999. From May, 2000 to December, 2013, Tamara practiced law for a firm in Daytona Beach, Florida. At that firm, Tamara practiced general civil litigation including, but not limited to, representation of homeowners and condominium associations in collections and general litigation, representation of individual and commercial clients in litigation primarily involving contract and/or property disputes, and representation of insurance companies and employers in the defense of workers' compensation matters. She was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas in February, 2014 and joined our firm in March, 2014. Tamara leads our firms Homeowner Association practice. She represents homeowners, condominium and townhome associations throughout Galveston, Fort Bend, Brazoria and Harris counties.
